Eating

I haven't posted many food photos lately, so in case you were wondering what we have been eating lately in the K-E household; wonder no more.

Smoked salmon on brown bread - our New Year starter.

Tex Mex ribs, chicken wings, onion rings, breaded mushrooms and cheesy potato skins. Why does the most unhealthy food taste so delicious?

The aftermath of my mussel feast. I ate my way through a big bowl of mussels in garlic cream sauce while reading Heat magazine on the sofa. The bowl was precariously balanced on my lap so I used an old dishcloth as a bib/protection against lap spillage. Extremely satisfying.

Hi K-E,

Just came across yr blog and enjoy reading about yr life in London. My husband and I lived in London after we got married and had a fantastic time there. But much as we loved it I missed Brunei and my husband too was keen to move here so we moved back when an opportunity arose. 5 yrs on and 3 kids later we have no regrets and though we may have to leave Brunei again at some stage for, we don't think we can ever leave Asia.

If you don't mind I have tagged you on to our blog.

Cheers - Maria

Hi Maria, I do miss Brunei a lot but at the moment I think London is the right place for us. I'm glad you enjoy reading; I'm a lurker at your blog too!
